VALUE REGISTRATION BOARD PARTICIPATES IN SABASABA EXHIBITION 2021
The Valuers Registration Board is carrying out its responsibilities under the supervision of the Ministry of Land, Housing, and Human Settlement Development. In ensuring that the Board performs well in the delivery of its services, it participated in the 2021 Sabasaba Exhibition under the pavilion of the Ministry of Lands which is the Custody Ministry.
The board's goal to participate in that exhibition was to promote and market itself but also to move some services closer to its customers, including rationalizing the board's responsibilities and how to manage valuer’s careers across the country to ensure the quality of their work.
However, the Board participated in this exhibition quite professionally to clarify the benefits of its establishment which are as follows;
First and foremost is to protect the interests of all stakeholders of the valuation career including all stakeholders who benefit from the work of valuation, to provide opportunities for those who use valuation services to submit their complaints where they are dissatisfied with the service or the exercise of valuation for practical or legal solutions.
Another advantage is to protect the profession of valuation against professional invaders who do not have the expertise or skills of valuation or the unqualified, domestic and overseas valuers, collect, preserve and report to companies and valuers who can serve in various occupations in the country, connecting and bringing together valuations in furthering their profession of valuation as well as assisting government authorities in matters about valuers performance and discipline in general.
